CLAN Workshop in Bratislavaen
Within the framework of the international conference on the Future of VET co-organized by the SOLIDAR Foundation and EVBB, the SOLIDAR Foundation organized a workshop, from June 26 to 29, 2019, for education associations and trainers to present the CLAN Platform and its use and benefits.
A very diverse group participated to which the CLAN project was briefly presented, its results and subsequently, a test phase was carried out to obtain feedback from professionals as well as adults and young people with low qualification and labor insertion difficulties.
The international group was very diverse, therefore, the workshop was conducted in English, however, participants were also informed about other versions of existing languages.
Multiplier event at the 97th Congress of the Ligue de l´Enseignement
This event was organized during the 97th Congress of La Ligue de l´Enseignement at the Palace of Congress in Marseille, from September 27 to 30, 2019. During this great event, different presentations and seminars related to social and educational issues have been held , and among them, the results of the CLAN project have been presented.
The purpose of this event is to show and invite attendees, both educational professionals and young people and adults, to test the technological tool and methodology for using the online platform and the app. With this test of the target group, new opinions and evaluations were collected on the two Intellectual Outputs, in order to improve it and adapt it to the real needs of the recipients in the different countries.
Multiplier event at the University of the Arts in London
On June 27, 2019 at the University of the Arts in London, CLAN and its results were presented to a large group of adult education associations, educators and adults with low qualifications.
This event aims to involve national, political and adult education organizations that can further develop the tool or integrate its use in their professional practice in accordance with the improvement standards identified in the event. The main activity is to introduce the learning recognition system, using the technological tool. Attendees received brief demonstrations and instructions on the use and application in the orientation and analysis processes of informal learning.
Workshop with target group
During the day of March 12, 2019 from Ligue a workshop was led to a group of 12 people, whose profile was of people with low qualification and who were participating in a training program in basic skills.
The purpose of this workshop has been to test the tool with the final target group to redefine the user's manual and the educator adapted to the needs of the beneficiaries.
On April 9, 2019, we organized from Observal in the Faculty of Education and Social Work (University of Valladolid (Spain)), a workshop to test a final product of the Erasmus + CLAN Project with guidance and adult education professionals from different organizations. This session had the purpose of showing the results of the project and also to integrate in the professional practice the use of the CLAN platform as a resource that helps people to elaborate their Europass Curriculum while they value their informal experiences in transversal competences terms.
During the days 21 and 22 of March 2019, all the partners have met for the last time in the CLAN Project. The meeting took place in Bourdeaux (France) in order to specify the methodological process to use the CLAN Platform.
Both the Platform and the User and Educator Guidelines have been redefined to present beneficiaries (adult guidance and education professionals and adults with low qualifications) a valuable, useful and quality resource to facilitate the preparation of your Europass CV while at the same time valuing your daily experiences.
The day 7th December 2018, CLAN has been presented in Lifelong Learning Week by Solidar Foundation. Careers guidance professionals of the whole of Europe have been informed about the object of CLAN and his first Intellectual Output (App and platform to evaluate transversals skills for low-skilled adults).
The days 3rd and 4th December 2018, the CLAN project partners meet again in Brussels (Belgium), coinciding with the Culture of Lifelong Learning Week (3rd - 7th December 2018).
In this meeting the structure of the technological tools designed during this year will be validated and the training model for the use of the tools will be defined, which will be presented to adult education educators in Spain, the United Kingdom, France and Belgium.
During the day 25th of May 2018, CLAN was presented to RIPO (Interuniversity Networks of Teachers of Guidance).
This event has allowed to disseminate the project throughout Spain. Teachers of guidance of Universities of all Spain have been informed about the object of CLAN. The main objetive is to rais awareness of this initiative and to involve the community in the use of these technological tools.
The day 17th May, the first multiplier event of the project will take place in the Faculty of Education and Social Work (Salón de Actos) with the collaboration of Fundación Rondilla.
This event is aimed at all entities and associations specialized in adult lifelong learning and adults with an interest in recognizing and improving their transversal competences.
The objective of this event is to inform the entire community about the CLAN project. This information will be showing the benefits of the Intellectual Outputs for both associations / entities and adults and inviting them to participate during the project.
The second meeting is organized , the days 26th and 27th of April 2018, to specifically define the framework of transversal competences (to be evaluated) and the design of the technological tool. The framework of transversal competences is based on the REBEL model. This model for evaluating the daily experiences of people, to identify their transversal competences. To evaluate the learning acquired throughout life, two variables are taken into account:

The next activities that will be carried out are the design of the web platform and the mobile application.
During the days 13th and 14th of December 2017, took place the kick of meeting of CLAN, in FEYTS, University of Valladolid. In this the session, all project partners (from UK, France, Belgium and Spain) and members of Rondilla Foundation, that they also actively collaborate in the development of activities with adults, have accompanied us.
This kick of meeting, has allowed the discussion among all the partners to know and assign the activities that will be carried out in the next months. With the collaboration of all the participants, the transversal competences framework and the process to evaluate them have been specified, as a basis for the continuation of the project.
During the next months, the technological tool will be designed and developed to facilitate this evaluation process, in an easy and accessible way to all the public.
